Welcome to the Kalamazoo Fluffy Persians website, with a homepage located at fluffypersians.com the (Site).
Fluffy Persians provides purebred Persian kittens which are available to individuals and families (services), which can be accessed throughout the site.

These Terms and Conditions are entered into by and between you and Fluffy Persians (“us,” “we” or “Fluffy Persians”). The following Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, disclaimers or terms and conditions that appear elsewhere on the Site, which are incorporated herein by reference, (collectively, the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site, including any functionality, goods, and services offered on or through the Site.

Please read the Terms carefully. By either: (1) using the Site, or (2) clicking on the “I Agree” check box, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms. If you do not want to agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site. “You” and similar terms means you as an individual, as well as the business or entity on whose behalf you are using this Site, and you represent and warrant that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself and such business or entity.

Prepayment Deposits
Interested in reserving one of our kittens for a later date? We accept prepayment deposits to hold a kitten for families on our waitlist!

Prepayment deposits are $150, and reserve a kitten for a family once they accept an offer to adopt one of our kittens. We require families to send us a deposit after being offered to adopt one of our kittens. The purpose of a prepayment deposit is to assure the families we offer our kittens to that their new pet will be available when they are ready for their new homes.

Families may place prepayment deposits in advance of being offered one of our kittens if they would like to reserve a future kitten with a specific coat color or gender. We encourage families to contact us before placing their deposit for an estimated timeline for when they will receive an offer to adopt their kitten of choice.
You are not required to send us a prepayment deposit to be added to our waitlist - joining our waitlist is free of charge. Families can join our waitlist by completing the Adoption Application.
Terms and conditions for placing a prepayment deposit are outlined in our Terms of Service Policy. Deposits are non-refundable once paid.
